Can I import my existing inventory data?
Yes! Skuey supports importing data from CSV and Excel files. You can import products, customers, suppliers, and historical data. Our support team can help you with the import process if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees. You can start with our free plan immediately, and upgrade to Enterprise whenever you're ready. All plans include setup assistance and onboarding support.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges. You can also start with the free plan and upgrade when you need more features.
